@nerinahazuki Because whenever we reach out to the ppl we think value and care about us the most, we're met with being ignored, being told "It's not that deep/You should just man up", and played off like we're just asking for attention. I'm extremely depressed rn myself...

I asked Ownaj and they said all the plushies have been shipped out, so I'm hoping everyone should be getting their Mona's soon. It's been an exhausting and stressful process, so seeing posts like this is a relief 😮‍💨 Feel free to post your Mona's if you've already gotten her!

@DoctorLoops @Ownaj I tried reaching out to the @Onwaj website support twice about a week ago asking about my Mona plush shipping details when I saw some ppl got theirs, but never got an update or heard back...At this point, I'm thinking they just robbed a chunk of the ppl who ordered it >:(

I think I've been more than patient with @Ownaj these past few months, but I'm tired of waiting around for any updates. To everyone asking me about the Mona plushies, the unfortunate answer is that I genuinely have no idea how the shipping is coming along because I can't seem to get a straight answer. When the campaign ended in August, I was told the plushies would be shipping by the end of November. When November came without any updates, I reached out again and was told it would take a few more weeks to ship. Two weeks later, I checked in again and was told the plushies were in-transit to Ownaj from their manufacturer. Another two weeks later, I messaged them again asking for any updates, but I was told there were significant delays due to the holidays. However, I expressed that a lot of my patrons were (understandably) concerned about the repeated delays on the plushies, so Ownaj offered to send out an email about the delay to ease their worries. That was two weeks ago, but despite me checking in last week to nudge them again about sending that email, there STILL hasn't been any email sent out. Since I am still receiving worried messages asking where the plushies are, all I can do is take this into my own hands and inform everyone myself. I'm extremely unhappy with how inconsistent this experience has been and I'm constantly kept in the dark unless I ping them first to ask what's going on. It doesn't take a lot to reach out to me and say "Hey, here's a quick status update on your plushies", or "Hey, I know it's been a few weeks, but just letting you know the plushies have finished manufacturing", and it certainly doesn't take two weeks to send out an email. The Veronica plush had a slight shipping delay, but nothing to THIS extent, so I'm not sure what's going on. I'm sorry for everyone that've been waiting all this time, and I just hope everyone can still get their plushies in the end 😥
