@KansasDOL The website is useless if we can't file or you decide not to pay PUA or PEUC Claimants and withhold the federal governments $300 per week. According to the KDOL tweet if on PUA already you don't have to file a new claim but it says I have no weeks to claim and to reapply? Why??

@KansasDOL KDOL is a fraud. Why can't I claim weeks for PUA since January 1st even though Congress passed an 11 week extension. KDOL also tweeted no need to file a new claim. Why does it say I have no weeks to claim?

KDOL will conduct a server migration starting Friday, March 12 at 9 p.m. The Contact center representatives will be unable to take calls on Saturday, March 13. We expect the migration to be completed and for the contact center to be open by 1 p.m. on Sunday.

Reminder! The work search question is being added back in to the weekly claims questionnaire. The question, required under Kansas law, will ask whether a claimant has searched for work during the week being claimed.
