The most overhyped place in Mumbai is Andheri West! Completely shambled. The only reason why the real estate price is ticking here is due to the obsession of those working in entertainment industry to stay here so they can save time of traveling in traffic.

Eh? No. Bandra has history. Indiranagar is just a layout that managed to get more spotlight than actual historical areas in the vicinity such as Domlur, Binnamangala, Doopanahalli, etc. through sheer luck.
