🇨🇳China ordered 200 Boeing planes instead of 500 planned. Chinese companies got 🇺🇸US green light on the sale of AI chips. Trade was near the top of the summit agenda despite recent tensions over the 🇮🇷Iran war, and businesses hoped for key deals as well as an extension of the tariff truce that is due to expire in November 2026. Beijing did not confirm officially any of the purchases or investments. Was this summit a success for free trade between US and China: A) Yes; B) No?
