@runozwritu @BrianCoryDobbs Thank you Thomas, I check out the rover websites almost twice daily and the HiRISE website every other day (I also keep an eye on the Media). I analyze many photographs every week. If I find something of interest I'll update everyone.

This is interesting; let's wait and see what happens?

A tantalising hint that the new alien.gov domain registered by the President's executive staff might indeed relate to aliens/non-human intelligence not just non-citizens: "Shortly after the initial publication of this article, White House spokeswoman Anna Kelly told @DefenseScoop in an emailed response to those questions to “Stay tuned!” 👽👽👽 Her statement included the same alien emoji that Hegseth used on social media when he reposted Trump’s promise last month to publish previously undisclosed records about extraterrestrials and unidentified craft. defensescoop.com/2026/03/18/whi…

@hondo_lane @YouTube It has a number of camera's, a scraping/scuffing tool, drill and a laser. All of these combined form the MSL/Cutiosity mission.

@hondo_lane @YouTube Thank you, however note that this anomaly was photographed by the Rover Curiosity which doesn't have a sample return capability. Perseverance drops these cylinders off, Curiosity doesn't have that capability.

I promised @JeanWardMars and @BrianCoryDobbs there would be one more 'The Mars Effect". I think at this stage, any more and the gag would become boring. As a satirical look at NASA and Mars it's fine. But not a story. Just on the NASA Satire, some guy accused me of making a leftie comic. Sorry, the problem is obvious and real. Brian explained to me that NASA staff are constrained from reporting on anomalies by something called "The Brookings Report", which advised against the wide dissemination of knowledge to the public. I'll bet that the staff at NASA are just as frustrated as everyone else, watching the efforts of independent researchers like Jean and Brian, and may even be quietly complicit in helping them. I honestly hope that the NASA guys can pin The Mars Effect to the wall, and have a good laugh along with the rest of us. As usual, feedback always welcome....

@RooBait @runozwritu @BrianCoryDobbs @WWolfProd I thought your stories were to the point. But opinions differ. I get you on memes. The NASA guys are subject to orders. I shouldn't be too harsh on them, after all I think there are NASA employees that help us by releasing a few strategic photographs every now and again.

Memes are not so good from my point of view. They target one tiny side of an issue, but you can't do a nuanced statement. The NASA guys aren't guilty. They're stuck in the same loop. That's why I prefer comics. @WWolfProd has been quite firm in his opinions that I take too long, and write too many words for a good meme, and he is absolutely correct. But I am always trying to show more of the story. My bad I guess.

@RooBait @BrianCoryDobbs I would welcome any NASA people onboard - we can collaborate and share ideas. We need a think tank.

@JeanWardMars @BrianCoryDobbs Thanks Jean. Much appreciated. I do wish this subject could be acknowledged by NASA, and you, Brian and all the others bringing it to our attention with it. I wouldn't mind a few NASA guys getting a hold of "The Mars Effect". They can join in....
