DO NOT TRUST HV CAPACITORS EVER
What happened:
It happened when opening a package from customs
Ordered hv capacitors from america that went through ZOLL
They x-ray packages there and my capacitors got charged by the energy transmitted via the Roentgen of the X-ray machine
So when unpacking it a week later I got a massive shock from the energy stored inside the package
I was wearing hv gloves and it still got me
