@Flutter0018 I never understood the "changing your lifestyle" aspect of dieting until i did it. You really do have to just force your brain to stop seeking unhealthy foods and learn to eat until you're satisfied, not till you cant eat any more. Its really hard, but if i did it anyone can.

@Flutter0018 I did keto for like 3 months and it did wonders in lowering my appetite which let me start doing low calorie/low carb and the lbs really started dropping. I usually eat just dinner and fill the rest in with coffee, water, and popcorn. Once you conquer appetite, the lbs fly off.

Just woke up to a new milestone! Im now 50lbs down <3 havent seen a 3 in that second spot since like 2018
