A pair of parent falcons were blown away by strong winds, revealing a rather undignified posture. I apologize, but I couldn't help but laugh. This photo was taken by a member of a Polish organization that works to protect falcons. Once very popular in Poland, peregrine falcons were nearly extinct in the 1960s.

To their home kingdom and lied saying the elves randomly attacked them. The dwarves army then went and sacked Nargothrond a major elf kingdom. The feud comes down to both sides blaming each other.

@Shroom1Upp @punkeydoodles8 Also that’s not what started the feud. The feud was caused by a few dwarf craftsmen. The king of the elves Thingol wanted the dwarves to craft the silmaril into a a necklace that the elves had. The dwarves did it but they wanted the necklace and silmaril as payment.

@Shroom1Upp @punkeydoodles8 The difference is in the term “elf friend” it was a title given to only the closest elven allies. There had never been one before that was a dwarf

@JedelMain @punkeydoodles8 also not quiet right. elves and dwarf WERE friends until the one unfortunate attack of dark creatures on moria the dwarfs managed to hold off the attacking forces BUT they had send for help to the elves. WHICH were on their way BUT were also held up by ANOTHER army
