If you order food for someone else to shop for, and deliver to your home, should you tip? And when they arrive, if it is a very large order as shown, would you help unload if you don't tip?

Can't drink it. France? "Use caution." Japan's tap water passes 51 strict water quality standards set by the Ministry of Health. The toughest standards in the world. Enforced nationwide. The northern tip of Hokkaido. A tiny island in Okinawa. Turn the faucet, clean water comes out. On a global scale, that's nothing short of a miracle. You thought it was normal, right? That "normal" took generations of ordinary Japanese people decades to build.
