@fastrlife Steroids/peptides aren’t the same. Peptides are generally naturally occurring signaling molecules promoting more efficient biochemical processes—mitochondria, cellular, neurologic, gut support, etc.—doesn’t mean everyone needs to take them however.

Just had this conversation. The next 50 days is so huge for your health, especially when it’s cold, and when your battle to maintain diet is at peak. May/june will snitch on those who slipped. And if you slip at this time every year, there is no amount of exercise that overcomes 1/7th of your year being a trash panda.

Christmas is coming. Time of the year where people now slow down and take their foot off the gas pedal. I’ll start in January or “get a coach” in the new year. You’ve still got 6 weeks now that you could make some headway with. Don’t squander 6 weeks of doing fuck all. Set yourself up to smash 2026 now.

@SunWeatherMan I’m in—205 going for 192. Have a plan — each gram of carbohydrate holds 2.5g of water—minimize carbs and lose 5-8 lbs the first week. 3500 calories/pound, so 1000 calorie deficit per day will yield another 2-3lbs per week, for a total of 12-15 pounds. Rucking and conditioning.

I just found the single best Expanding Earth paper I've ever seen. It does not expressly mention it, but IF IF IF IF the expanding earth theory is true, then the facts supported by this paper would have to be true.
