My current project; building a small LLM from stratch. Starting from a single neuron and working my way up. I plan on doing this in phases: 1) Model a neuron/perceptron in go 2) Use that model for an MLP 3) Use that MLP for a transformer 4) Port everything to my rackserver with an Nvidia P40 5) Release in a Browser No vibe coding, just a lot of reading and a crap load of questions and mistakes. You know, old school.

Update from the reflecting pool! The pool has been drained, and there are no signs of the giant gash that Donald Trump has been lying about. No indications of major vandalism. Just a bad paint job. The only thing that’s been exposed is that Trump has been lying about this.
