@stoolpresidente @Return_Of_RB Ask Iowa fans how it feels getting rid of McCaffrey, they just did something in year 1 that McCaffrey couldnt do his entire career at Iowa. Even when he had Murray and Garza he still couldnt win in NCAA.

I don’t want to tattle but my college basketball expert @Return_Of_RB told me the grass isn’t always greener on the other side in regards to Iowa firing Fran McCaffery. Said it was the wrong move. It took 1 year for them to go further than their entire 17 year run with Fran.

Curious to know average bodyweight here and to see what I could get my time down to with 6-12 months of training. Went from a 7:06 mile to a 5:48 in 3.5 months.

And on Day 49, we joined the 5:59 Club! 5:48 mile at 39 years old. I started this journey on February 4th when I tested myself in the mile, running a 7:06. From there, I set out on an 8 week training program with a goal of running a sub-6 minute mile before my 39th birthday on which I failed, testing at 6:38 on April 7, 2024. I kept training and 6 weeks later, I did it. Lifetime PR 5:48 mile! Don’t stop until you become the best version of you. There’s always more.
