Hear from @JeffHS_BTF Shayne Downs, Nizaiah Carr and Elijah Cheeks. They along with Rafael Mitchell Jr. broke the 400 relay conference record in 42.11 seconds. Carr and Cheeks finished first and second in the 100. Additionally, Carr won the 200 in a conference record of 21.61.
