Mike has consistently taken care of his body in the offseason with training and diet discipline. He told me a few years ago that it’s about doing a little each day so you stay in shape vs getting out of shape and having to get back into shape, which is more stressful on the body. That’s been key for his longevity. This isn’t new for him.
