@NWKMF Actually, to those of us who don’t enjoy losing, Torey and Hazen are beyond exhausting.
2 playoff appearances in 10 years.
Keep cheering for failure.
Merrill Kelly blow up 5th inning was the most obvious thing ever. The second he started walking guys he should have been pulled for Ryan Thompson. Kelly gives up 6 runs, Thompson comes in and quickly ends the inning. Once again terrible pitcher management by Torey
The Summers here are hell.
It would be really nice to at least have a baseball team that makes the playoffs more than once every five years.
Is that too much to ask in an era where there are THREE Wild Cards on each league?
Probably too much.
Hope the end of the Vargas hit streak wasn’t the conclusion of the final good D-Backs story of the Summer.
Things are certainly deteriorating rapidly for Torey and Mike.
A Tough pill to swallow for the D-backs organization will stare them in the face from the American Family Field mound when they face the Brewers tonightl @AlexDagAZ explains

2 runners on with 1 out, Peralta at 37 pitches already. Torey kills the #DBacks momentum by having Barrosa bunt 1st pitch to move a RISP into RISP for zero reason w/ now 2 outs. #DBacks don’t score.
@GoldyHappens 0-2 count after getting the hitter to chase on high pitches… literally the only spot to miss there is right down the dick. Sewald manages to screw even that up. Bringing him back is comical. Hazen gone, Torey gone, and Kaplan gone PLEASE.
Joe Ross and his 19.64 ERA has been designated for assignment by the Arizona Diamondbacks. Last year the team jettisoned Joe Mantiply out after 10 appearances and an ERA of 15.83 - this time just 3 outings to remove a reliever that was not performing.
It’s simply inexcusable to build a corner infield like this. It’s even more inexcusable to put Sewald in high leverage spots.
There’s nothing that points to him being successful over the course of the season.
It’s inexcusable. You shouldn’t be able to keep your job for this.
