Mayo U15 hurling teams in the All-Ireland Hibernia Cup this afternoon. Mayo1 & Mayo2 both won the Shield Finals in Roscommon &in Sligo. Mayo1 defeated Armagh 4-17 to 2-06 at St. Aidan’s GAA Grounds in Roscommon with Mayo2 defeating Tyrone 2-09 to 2-03 at Sligo COE in Scardan.

Well done to the six Mayo GAA U14 Development squads who competed today against Roscommon, Sligo and Leitrim teams, in the Sean Purcell U14 Connacht GAA Academy day at the connacht GAA centre of excellence Some good results from the North, South, East, and West teams.

The Mayo one and Mayo two U15 hurling teams got their Hibernia Championship off to a great start today at the Sligo COE. Mayo one defeated Sligo and Tyrone one while Mayo two had a good win over Tyrone two and came up just short against Roscommon in their opening game.

The Mayo GAA U15 hurling development panel had a super workout in the in Bekan on Friday evening ahead of their opening match in the National Hibernia Cup on April 22. All these players will also be representing their clubs in the Mayo GAA U15 Féile Finals next weekend.

The Mayo GAA U15 Hurling Development squad (Hibernia Cup) met today at Hastings Insurance MacHale Park to get their winter training program. Nine Mayo GAA hurling clubs were represented for the first time ever with over 50 young players attending today.
