Maybe it's time to call for a special meeting of the Board of Education. May be the only way the taxpayers are going to get answers.

@jon_wertheim @boardroom The first thing? I'd make sure the Rules of Tennis was followed at the tournmants. 1) Stop the annoying illegitimate stops at the chair after first game and change of ends during the tiebreaker. 2)Enforce the Hindrance rule. Prohibit screaming once the ball crosses the net.

@CincyTennis The duration and decibel level of her screams on every ball was unprecedented. The fans in my section all had the same opinion. A clear RED flag. The chair umpire didn't lift a finger. This code violation (unsportsmanlike conduce) needs to be enforced finally. 🇺🇸🎾🏆

Music throughout the ground is a horror show. USTA seems oblivious. I've recommended WFUV radio a non-profit NPR station in the area.
