Congrats to Millville‘s own @MikeTrout on the completion of his field of dreams golf course, Trout National, 10 blocks from where he grew up in Millville, New Jersey. Incredible design with @TigerWoods It’s an oasis. One of the best golf courses I have ever played. Fun day checking out the new course with our NBC Sports Philadelphia crew. Congrats to John Ruga and his fantastic staff. It will be epic.

The requests keep rolling in for more from Trout National. In the interests of giving the people what they want, here’s another set from this new Tiger Woods / Beau Welling design in South Jersey. That first photo is a particular favorite of mine - the 11th, a 119yd par-3 with a clover shaped green. Impossible to overestimate the number of players who will be walking off this hole wondering how they made bogey or worse with a sand wedge in hand on the tee.

Here’s a sneak peak at a few of the magnificent greens at Trout National. The course, designed by Tiger Woods and Beau Welling of TGR Design, is the centerpiece of an expansive new project by Mike Trout and John Ruga in Vineland, NJ that will include a short course, putting course, pro-level practice area and training center, and on-side lodging. Trout National officially opens next spring, but the golf course is already perfect. More photos to come.
