Co-trainer Brett Cavanough has notified Racing NSW Stewards that CHIDIAC, which has gained a slot in the 2025 The Kosciuszko to be run at Randwick on Saturday was found to be displaying cardiac arrhythmia following trackwork on Monday morning. Chidiac has been examined this morning by the stable's vet with no abnormalities detected. Mr Cavanough has been advised that Chidiac will be subject to the requirements of the Racing Australia Code of Practice in relation to horses that have been found to displaying cardiac arrhythmia for the first occasion. Mr Cavanough advised that the required tests will be undertaken on Weds morning with the results provided to RNSW Stewards
