At the same time, I’m pleased to welcome our new lab manager, Dr. Illya Rozenberg, who is stepping into this role with impressive experience. Wishing both of them success in their next step!

This week, after more than 10 years of dedicated work, we are saying goodbye to our lab manager, Dr. Alexandra Massarwa, whose contribution has been central to the group’s growth and daily operations.

In the visit, we showed Ambassador Walters how our research, generously supported by the UK-based Birax grant, contributes to the quest for cure to prominent neurodegenerative diseases, such as Alzheimer’s disease and Parkinson’s disease.

This week we had the pleasure of welcoming in our lab the British ambassador to Israel, Mr. Simon Walters and Ravit Capauner, the head of Birax. Thank you for taking the time to meet with us!

It was a pleasure to host Prof. @LandauMeytal at BGU for a seminar on amyloids today! Prof. Meytal Landau shared fascinating insights into the complex world of amyloids, from their biological functions to their potential applications. Many thanks for the inspiring visit!
