Paddy's insightful writing and passion for the sport enriched the football community and inspired many. With an exceptional body of work that few could match, he leaves a lasting impact on the industry. His biography of Sir Matt Busby was shortlisted for our Football Book of the Year in 2017, reflecting his exceptional contribution to sports literature. He has supported the Sports Book Awards for many years, and will be greatly missed. Our thoughts are with his family and friends during this difficult time.
