A number of communities defy the data: there are places across the country in the @StriveTogether Cradle to Career Network that have returned to or surpassed pre-pandemic reading and math levels.

.@NAEP_NCES data shows the lowest math and reading scores for 13-year-olds in decades. But I see work in communities that gives me hope. It’s our shared responsibility as a country to understand and focus on what’s working so best practices can spread across the country.
