Fastpitch Masters, KC Phoenix 18a, KC Phoenix Fastpitch club.
I’ve been quietly working hard this winter to develop a new change up. I’ve struggled to throw it well since increasing velo in my other pitches. This fall, my attempts to utilize my change led to slowing down my other pitches. Summer goal: 65 and effective change up.

While I am on family vacation, you know we had to incorporate softball somehow! 🔥🥎✈️🏝️ Spent the day at the Clearwater Invitational to watch some of the top athletes who are constantly bettering this game! Met some really cool people and got some really cool autographs!

This kiddo had herself a week! She was selected to the All-Tournament Team for the Kearney Tournament AND was named Gary Crossley Ford’s female Athlete of the Month for January. Love watching her play! Not bad for a softball player!😉 Keep grindin’ #10!💙
