My Nana gifted me her meditation book before she passed away. I came across it last week, at just the right time. Wishing you all the best for 2024…be gentle with yourself and take one day at a time.

Had the strangest dreams. I had a ton of baby animals I was caring for, a hippo the size of a hamster, a tortoise, a bird. All of them were sassy. It was chaos. The hippo was so fun to hold. Then I had to pack up the vacation house I was staying in to move. Bruce Willis helped.

I’m enjoying a day off. Husband and kids are at work. Finally got the dogs to settle down (faux spring fever!?!) and I’m making shortbread and listening to Kenny and Dolly’s Once Upon a Christmas. I really should listen to this album all year long!

Doing some reflecting and realizing the most powerful agent for change in healthcare, but this also applies to mostly anything, is our relationships with each other. Treasure, nurture and develop them always.

I shared a poem last week that I love. I’m sharing again as I keep thinking of it and thinking of @DrNadiaChaudhri who shared so much with the world. And though I’d never met her in real life, I find myself thinking of her and her gift of a reminder to look for joy in all things.
