No need to have a break on your pill 👏. Great to hear this spoken about. Lots of different ways to take - inc continuous. 4 day break likely more robust than 7 if you want a bleed. As well as not bleeding it may improve other cyclical symptoms. @ThisisDavina #c4davinapill
