@Halfords_uk hi. I bought a bike online about 10 days ago. It’s too big. I called the helpline - was promised a call back within a couple of days. I called back & was told my query had been escalated but still not heard anything. My 14 days window will be up soon! Can you help?

So @NetflixUK having been a customer for many years, suddenly I get this message today on my #Samsung TV. Contacted your support team and was told that I could still use it on another device. But not my TV? 🤷‍♀️

On the third time of calling (the first two times she was told to wait 24 hours), she was just told to give them five working days to sort it.

@virginmedia No they didn’t. They did some testing on the lines and said they couldn’t find anything and to give them five working days. This was after a text saying that it was back up and running (which it wasn’t)

@virginmedia my 90 yr old mum’s landline stopped working after a power cut earlier this week. Engineers came but still not working. Phoned VM again & have been told twice to wait 24 hrs. Now been told to wait 5 working days. She depends on her landline. Can we do better for her?

Hi @virginmedia - I am trying to get help on behalf of my 90 year old mum via WhatsApp (as that’s the only option I was given via online chat) And the app has now asked me whether I am the account holder 14 times! It won’t let me go beyond that question (which I’ve answered 14 x)
