The statute of limitations is only 2-6 years from diagnosis to bring suit. That's not enough time since so many women are not aware the relaxers can cause all this.

First, a guy rear-ends me while I'm stopped at a work zone and the car isn't driveable. Then, I get a call to pick up my 1 year old because she has "symptoms". Fast forward... negative covid test, rental car, head and back pain. This mama is tired. #drivesafely
