I never get it because almost everything has sugar in some form. Pasta, bread, rice, wine, fruit, sauces, dressings, yogurt. So what do ppl mean when they say they’re “cutting sugar?

when ppl "cut sugar" what do they mean? i want to start it but idk to what extent. is it js cutting cookies, cake, sugary drinks.. or also fruit, some fast food etc..?

Today 3 different Irish men were sentenced for horrific sexual & physical assaults, the victims of one were his daughter & wife, the victims of the other were his 2 nieces & the victim in the 3rd case was the man's ex.
