@mapleveewesem What's solution to Shelter Overcrowding? Euthanasia is current solution! Yet, California run by Democrats for years, and Animal Welfare remains abysmal. Instead, solve with spay/neuter laws, breeder licensing, oversight & enforcement. A major overhaul needed!
