@ThriftycarRentl I tried that. Not helpful. We got our car, only because we continued to advocate for ourselves, asked how much longer we would be waiting, ‘oh, we called you already’ Total BS. Poor system, poor management, lame excuses.

Waited in line again to see what was going on. “Oh we didn’t call your name because we thought you were renting from Hertz” WTF @thriftycars this sucks. Finally got a car. Went up to the lot. Dozens of cars here. Scarcity was a total BS move. Never again.

.@thriftycars Your PDX operation is a joke. I’ve been waiting an hour past my reservation time for my rental car, lots of others waiting ahead of me. Staff are unhelpful. Other local locations don’t have cars either.

@thriftycarrep Don’t call me, call the PDX office of @thriftycars and get them to fix their operation. Now in hour two of waiting after they told us it would be 35 minutes. Send them more staff or more cars.
