49F w mid esophagus SCC-nodular on initial endoscopy so EUS done- did not appear to penetrate MM. ESD performed for histological T staging and possible endoscopic curative resection. Dissection done closer to muscle to allow for better histology. Will update w pathology!

67M poor surgical candidate w large TVA of duodenal bulb w c/f dysplasia. ESD performed - rectal mucosal incision in retroflexed view followed by oral incision and tunneled oral to anal. 10cmx6cm lesion removed. Another organ spared!
