@tom_the_bomb__ I know some disagree with this, but for me, once SGC gets (imo) BD, TNBC results are shared showing efficacy (imo) then we should position for NASDAQ dual listing. A further 6207 partnerships post listing would skyrocket SP. I trust CC & BoD to do the right thing eitherway. #avct

At this valuation + NASDAQ listed, specialist biotech investors jump in and push this up further. #AVCT management have done well to shift the company away from its previous “covid stock” labelling over the last 2 years. It’s now a focused clinical stage biotech with a “unique industry-leading technology platform”. Time to rerate this, @avacta.

Multiple deals are expected for #AVCT, including licensing the technology to a partner for use with their own payload, alongside a partner for AVA6000 Phase 2. The below was from a year ago. As I’ve said before, my view has been that Avacta needed to see the Gen 2 sustained release system “working” before signing off on any deals. With 7-8 weeks of clinical data now available on 6103/Gen 2, that window feels like it’s here, IMO. Exciting times to be an @avacta shareholder. Always DYOR.

I see some moans about the #AVCT RNS today, but I like the messaging and the confidence given the stage they are now at. "The data with our pre|CISION technology to deliver dual payloads has now demonstrated for the first time an efficacy advantage over single payload ADCs in a FAP-low and HER2-positive patient-derived cancer model." "We continue to build momentum and enhance our IP - at a pace that we are confident exceeds industry norms."

Today’s RNS is further proof that the disconnect is real. It simply can not continue like this. Investors know it & will certainly will be rewarded. The game of chess is well underway, with CC lining up her chess pieces ahead of calling checkmate on BP #avct

@tom_the_bomb__ I suspect it is something to do with 6207. Maybe defining the warheads. A science day is unlikely to resort in anything commercial. The next chapter seems to point to a broad discussion about the pipelines ability and application. Excited to hear it #avct

@Jenkoool I keep coming back to the title: “The Next Chapter of pre|CISION”. I’d expect more on the scale of it (500 molecules), a shift in language from PDC to XDC and how they commercialise something this broad. preCISION is not something a 24 person team develops alone.

Have a feeling it’s going to be a good week #avct but realistically I’m not expecting commercial news. I suspect we get some form of SGC update and a hint towards 6103 initial safety. We’re all expecting news after CC’s tweet. But what news? (Comment any other ideas)

I can’t see any other reason to do so when no funding or partnership in place. Potentially a partnership is agreed, but value is dependent on a range of P1 results. #avct

My key question for Science day: ‘From what has been seen so far; is 6103 behaving as expected?’ A simple yes or no will suffice. Appreciate we’re likely to get minimal (if any) info at this stage, but just to know it’s seemingly safe and targeted would be massive #avct
