@MrWatsonSC BCPS has a full elementary curriculum with monthly topics. I’d develop a needs assessment for staff and students to help fill in the gaps for what the curriculum may not cover. I just finished my first year, just get acclimated and don’t over do it! You will be amazing!! :)
