Jobs and services must be protected as Flintshire council takes charge of leisure centres ar libraries next week. Employee-owned Aura has done a sterling job but council handling of the transfer has been disappointing. @PlaidWrecsam @Plaid_Cymru @DeesideDotCom @HeraldWales
