Last year was very hard for me. I had to fight constantly. But I always stayed strong, positive & optimistic! Fighting spirit was the key. My greatest wish for the #NewYear2022 is recovery & return to normal life. I wish everyone only the best, but above all #health!

#ISPMF Conf. Jennifer Schwestka - "Impact of specific N-glycan modifications on the use of plant-produced SARS-CoV-2 antigens in serological assays". As Mani said, we did this in Journal CLub yesterday 😄 They can make SARS2 Ags in plants, but do the glycans interfere in assays?

Lately, we got introduced into the CLS microscopes @BOKUvienna #imaging facility. Jennifer Schoberer showed us the dynamic nature of the endomembrane system in plants. Golgi bodies (magenta) use the network of ER-tubules (green) as a sort of intracellular motorway. So cool!
