With rain on the solstice, I see is that I am in transition. I see a blending of the rain of spring and the sunshine of summer versus a hard line. No matter what, the sun is still shining on me. I am in transition and what I am seeking is out there behind the clouds. @CreatorInst

In 2023, I planned to expand my AirBnb offerings. I was presented with the chance to rent the whole house. After a few moves and living in different ways, I know home means to me, but I enjoy the connections I make by “getting out of my house”. @CreatorInst @NewDegreePress

Last week was hot and everyone was getting out as much as possible. Today is a cold front with rain and wind. I feel like I have taken two steps back towards winter. While we prototype our dreams, it is wise to create space for surprises. @NewDegreePress @CreatorInst

Unlike January, in this time of Spring I feel like making resolutions. What is one habit that you could alter this spring that would support you in building your dreams? One simple, small shift can have a large impact on all the aspects of your life. @newdegreepress @CreatorInst

We dreamt in January, planned in February and prepared in March. Spring is the time to create the first prototype of our dreams. It is good to reflect for the rest of March, what is it that we want to learn from these first prototypes? @NewDegreePress @CreatorInst

We've spent January dreaming of 2023 and how we want to feel and to be true in December. It's now time to look at making these dreams a reality. Believe in your dreams. Trust the process. Trust yourself. Lean into this time to plan your 2023. @NewDegreePress @CreatorInst

Reminder: It is hard to connect well with other people when you are feeling exhausted. When your energy is low the mind will want to revert back to performative behavior and it rather have superficial interactions. It takes energy to go deep and to give someone your presence.

I enter December full of wonder. What am I grateful for, what and who is worth my energy and what wisdom did I gain? I resist judging and observe what thoughts decide to make a home with me. How did 2022 impact your life? @CreatorInst @NewDegreePress

I reflected on how nature pulls itself back into balance and reminded myself that there is only a cycle. There are moments of extremes (the solstice) and of balance (the equinox). All else is a transition. I now reconsider my definition of balance. @CreatorInst @NewDegreePress

There are times when it makes sense to speed up to reach a goal. It is good to take a look at where we are relative to the goal. When life is giving us a curve, slowing down will actually get us to the goal faster. solarsystem.nasa.gov/basics/chapter…
