Rethinking meetings...Can we a) block (but maybe not use) 20vs30 & 50vs60 min to allow transition time b/w meetings, b) use quick phone call (vs zoom or email), c) consider what content can be shared ahead of time (or after), d) create ways to maximize engagement?
