A4: Love using data binders! This is a game changer even with littles. It allows them to see their progress, set goals and reflect.This gives them a conidence booster when they see even the smallest gains. Don't forget to celebrate even the smallest accomplishment. #1stTeachChat

A3: I love using ticket out the door evidence. I post a question realted to the content and before they leave they have to answer using a post it note. I use that data to drive my small group instruction the next day. #1stTeachChat
