A5: Show what you know! A demonstration of mastery allows adult learners to work through the learning process and begin applying the new learning to their classroom needs. #cmspdl
A2:I think of riding a bike. You start with a tricycle, training weeks and then "look ma' no hands"! We fall off (sometimes skin our knee) but always get back on because it's fun and we have a passion and drive to "go places". #cmspdl
I love a good PD/learning experience that is fun and functional....pushes my thinking and allows me to challenge my skills....and enjoying the experience. Strong connections and a strong "why". #cmspdl
A5: I LOVE talking about failure and grit during morning meeting and then carrying that growth mindset language throughout the day so that the skills don't just stay in the morning meeting time. Everyone needs to learn how to fail forward and see it as an opportunity. #cmspdl
Q3: It's all about the Google! Google Meet is an amazing way to virtually connect and collaborate. The comments and tags in G Suite ALMOST feel like a real conversation sometimes. #cmspdl
A2: I have grown to love Canvas <3. Flipgrid, padlet, mentimeter and poll everywhere are great "in the moment" tools that provide real data from everyone. PearDeck is another oldie, but goody. #cmspdl
A3: If you fail to plan, you plan to fail. The curriculum/standards are the WHAT and the students inform you of the HOW. They are married together. You can't do one without the other. #cmspdl
A1: The support is catered to the student's needs. Something as simple as a separate setting, additional graphic organizers or tools, guiding questions, or sometimes a different product altogether. You can meet their needs by changing the product or the process. #cmspdl
A6: Be create with their reflections: blog, vlog, journal. Let students show their "lessons learned" in a platform that is comfortable for them.#cmspdl
