Every designer wants to redesign everything. In product, that’s how you destroy value. 1 Focus on revenue flows (onboarding, activation, upgrade) 2 Measure real friction (drop-off, support tickets) 3 Classify screens 4 Redesign only the critical Less noise. More impact.

Most agencies hire when they’re already drowning. I did too This time, I hired before saturation. Not to “move faster.” But to remove the invisible weight slowing the whole company. My rule now: • Hire early • Keep 20–30% free capacity • Protect quality • Grow without chaos

@JeremieKnops Not everyone is a full-time hire, some are at 50-100 hours and we have above average margins for sure. But yeah, we’re stocking up on talent and I think this current team can last us until 200k mrr
