@acadictive The beginning of the journey is always the hardest, in everything. Things should get better after some time, and hopefully you'll start earning money
English

i started my journey on X 5 months ago… and yesterday I passed 2.5k followers. yay.
but that’s it for the celebration part. I don’t want to bore you with another generic milestone post. instead, I want to share what I learned during these 5 months. bear with me till the end, hopefully something here helps you.
first things first… 5 months ago, I had 0 revenue… and I’m still at 0. but honestly, I’m not chasing money yet. from day 0, I had one clear objective in mind: build an audience before building products. I wanted to create a personal brand. a layer of trust. something that, later on, people can rely on when I launch offers. and I think I made decent progress on that.
second… I launched my first product (acadictive). it was an educational interactive platform I built with passion. but looking back, it was bad at almost every level: weak UI, unclear offer, no real pain point, no defined audience. I genuinely missed the mark. so I shut it down early (RIP) and pivoted… not once, probably 3–4 times until now.
recently, I launched a waitlist for my new product, and in 24 hours more than 150 people signed up. why am I sharing this? because building in public improves you fast: coding, positioning, distribution, feedback loops… everything. 1
and yes, my account is still called acadictive. I keep it as a reminder of where I started.
third… you’ve probably heard “be consistent” a million times. I agree. but consistency doesn’t mean replying 200 times a day or spending 8 hours on X. for me, it means defining clear goals, sticking to them, and learning from mistakes along the way. consistency in learning and in execution. everything else is noise.
last but not least… if you’re early in your journey, don’t quit. there were many moments in these 5 months where I wanted to stop. times I felt alone. times where 0 users killed my motivation. where 0 revenue and ongoing costs made me question everything.
this path is lonely. full of uncertainty. but if you stay in the game long enough, keep learning, and keep adapting… things start to move.
I’m not in a position to give advice. I’m just getting started. but I do have enough experience to say this:
keep going. keep building. keep learning. don’t let anyone slow you down. if you truly believe in your journey, results will follow.
thanks for reading. and sorry for the long post.

It’s literally about getting 1% better
Go and watch Stefano’s glowup in the last 3 videos and you will be mind blown
stemonte@stemonteduro
My shitty first video might be the reason your next video will be 10x better. Mind blowing 🤯

I met this founder yesterday, and he's working on an awesome project called TheGitCity.com
It's a city where your building gets higher and higher with your GitHub contributions.
He's making $2K/month from sponsorships which is really nice so I wanted to share this!

Finally met the GOAT IRL 🐐 @marclou

I'm also the kind of person who's (really) introverted. I can't even look at the camera "in the eye".
I struggle to listen to my own voice and hate hearing my own explanations, let alone showing my face.
But somehow, with this video, I felt about 1% more inclined to try, and that's an achievement!

I made 100 startup founders do 20 squats yesterday 😇
Marc Lou@marclou
Apparently you can also build bootstrapped startups in SF Thanks for coming everyone, it was insane ❤️

@GuptaSayujya It's a browser extension that helps grow your audience on X xburst.app
English

@bas_fijneman yes that's right, even if sometimes I just want to rest 😂
English

@JeremieWorks haha, cherish those moments Jeremie before they grow up and don't want to play those games anymore right!
English

@bas_fijneman I'm in the first group. I know I shouldn't most of the time, but I can't help it, the urge to build is too strong
English

@mscode07 yes it's available here and it's free for users with less than 1,000 followers

The fall is real📉
Creator's reach has collapsed since the last Payout.
- reach crashed through the floor
- followers vanishing overnight
- engagement flatlined
- exposure is completely dead
Getting 1K impressions now feels like climbing Everest
I have 6660 followers, and I'm seeing 3-4% reach on my posts
Let that sink in.
This isn't a glitch. This is broken.
And it needs to be fixed. Now.

@NoShakingMood @nikitabier I made a browser extension to see unfollowers directly from your profile page, you can check my website in my bio if you want
English

@nikitabier Let's know who has unfollowed an account for the past 7 days. Include this please.
Thanks.

English

@nikitabier How about we get notified when someone unfollows us, who , and when?? S😒
English

@Hightv @nikitabier Yeah, it would be better. I built this extension because I felt it was missing on X, but I'd rather have it natively
English

@JeremieWorks @nikitabier Dope. I’ll check it out but I would love if X did it.
