Can't stop, won't stop scaring the hoez

Houston electricians are averaging $64,200 a year. Dallas is at $63,100. Austin at $62,800. Fort Worth at $62,500. Those numbers are for a trade that requires no college degree, starts paying you from day one of your apprenticeship, and has a nationwide shortage of trained workers that isn't closing anytime soon. The people earning those wages went through the same path available to anyone right now. Foundational training, apprenticeship hours, journeyman license, and then specialization or business ownership for the ones who wanted to keep climbing. The market in Texas is not waiting on more people to figure this out. It already needs them.
