A byproduct of Alabama’s new no phone law in K12 schools is the resurgence of the hacky sack. Just saw a power ranking for Alabama high schools based on their hacky sack prowess. The kids are gonna be okay, yall.

We had a great day celebrating our High School Seniors at Capstone Church! Such a special group of young men & women. Excited to see what the Lord has in store for them! Remember JESUS IS BETTER than anything this world has to offer!

Our sweet little Hannah is done with High School! Northport Elementary -> Huntington Place Elementary -> Echols Middle -> Tuscaloosa County High Can’t wait to see what God has in store!

What a great night celebrating these young men & their coaches winning the 7A Basketball State Championship!

@nextlevelbb Amen! There’s nothing like playing for your school, your friends & your community. These kids played little league together. Our school won state championships in baseball last year and basketball this year. They’ll remember it forever! So will us parents!

High School Playoffs. Chasing a high school state championship is special. Winning a high school state championship is historic for any high school player. The players go to school with each other for years in most cases. Some have known each other since they were toddlers. Parents know each other and it means something to the community. High school athletics bring people together and form a forever bond. High school athletics can't be replaced and are more important than most realize.

Easter 2026. Tired bodies. Full hearts. 4 services. An army of volunteers. Over 2,200 in attendance. All for the glory of King Jesus! JESUS IS BETTER than anything this world has to offer!

As much fun as it was to win the whole thing, I enjoyed the journey with these awesome young players just as much. We had a blast and this honor is not possible without them, my family, our coaches, trainers, administrators, and community. Job well done by all!!! 👏👊
