(2/2) @eurowings through email, calls, website, etc. You have never ever replied once. I have sent you tickets for compensation and I haven´t received my money back, not even a reply. You state in your website that you attend calls in Spanish, but that´s a lie. Never again!

@eurowings I was denied boarding from Cologne to vienna due to no passport. But I do not need a passport to travel between Schengen countries
