I know a woman who’s an exec making HIGH 6 figures at a major corporation. Degrees, status, all of it. She knowingly & willingly is the 2nd woman to a man who makes less than half of what she does. The conversations and content you see online regarding dating & relationships is not a reflection to what’s really happening out here in real life.

This is why I laugh whenever I see ppl online talking like successful men are just endlessly available. In reality, most high earning men are married, in long term relationships or extremely locked in on building. The idea that there’s this massive pool of elite single men just waiting around is internet fantasy.

I’m not saying MEN shouldn't provide, but make sure you provide for a "thank you so much” woman and not an "as you should" woman.

Athletic departments in the American are increasingly acting like public-facing businesses that need investor confidence from fans and donors. UNT’s new strategic plan is another example of that. They’re openly talking about donor goals, attendance benchmarks, premium seating expansion, operating budget ambitions, marketing ROI and even quarterly “Ask the AD” town halls. I don’t think that’s happening by accident either. People are more comfortable giving money when they actually understand where the program is trying to go and feel connected to the people leading it. The relationship between fans and athletic departments feels way more direct now than it did years ago. The messaging and framing of goals have evolved within this new era, especially, if you compare this year's plan to their plans a few years ago.
