To beat 6 of the best teams in CBB in a row, which is what you have to do to win the tourney, you have to be multidimensional on offense OR have a great defense. Right now coach Oats' scheme isnt that.

Sometimes the other team is just better everyone with a brain knows you can’t bank on making 25 3s to 6 straight games his offense is built on getting to the rim and three pointers and they couldn’t do either in the second half.

I asked the question and that was the answer the commissioner gave. Nobody got screwed here as it's always close but Auburn was better than SMU in 5 out of 7 metrics and the number and quality wins aren't even close. AU beat 3 Power 5 Conference Champs! SMU OOCSOS 191 AUBURN 16

Charles Bediako is no longer eligible to play basketball at Alabama. When a local judge *and* the commissioner of the SEC came out against this, you know Alabama was on the wrong side. Only question is if a 3-2 record with him was worth weeks of public embarrassment 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

The NCAA Tournament Selection Committee will evaluate Alabama for the 2026 NCAA Tournament by the roster that it has available for March Madness, per an NCAA official.
