I'll offer the perspective of someone that hates texting.
I often feel like I was meant to be born WELL before texting and instant messaging was a thing. Because as a grown adult that works I do not have anything to talk about DAILY to anyone I don't actively see daily.

I don't understand 😭 some furs are AMAZING in person and are great conversation, but the second they text you it's the driest one word replies you've ever seen. Like I get convinced they hate me until the next time I see them and they're perfect again Am I just too picky? 😪
