Bummer. Could be it for Brown unless Louisville advances and he’s healthy next week. Remains a projected Top 10 pick, but we didn’t get to see a whole lot of him this season.

BREAKING: Louisville star guard Mikel Brown Jr. is OUT for the Cardinals’ first-round game against South Florida and would also miss their second-round game should they advance, per the school.

Just in: The NBA will hold a vote at the Board of Governors meetings March 24-25 to explore adding expansion teams exclusively in Las Vegas and Seattle, with the two franchises targeted for the 2028-29 season, sources tell ESPN. There is momentum for stakeholders to approve surveying what industry executives project will be bids in the $7-to-$10 billion range for each team.

BREAKING: Top-five senior Caleb Holt has committed to Arizona, he announced on @FirstTake. Holt becomes Tommy Lloyd’s highest-ranked recruit since taking over in Tucson. Holt developed a strong relationship with Lloyd on the USA Basketball U19 team last summer.
