I can't believe @FrankandOak wouldn't let me exchange a dress my wife bought online because it was on sale. She doesn't want a refund, just a dress that fits her. I am not sure what we are supposed to do with a dress that doesn't fit her. Online clothing always has exchanges.

What's the one that got away, the concert or artist you coulda seen but just didn't, for whatever reason? For me it's John Prine. I just...didn't go whenever he was around. Usually for money reasons but also because he'll be around again. Well, no.
