🚨 Plan to hold Judge Bill Anderson Accountable: Judge Anderson has been a rogue judge for quite some time. Last year, based on comments he made regarding the bail system in Tennessee, I filed a complaint with the Board of Judicial Conduct. They investigated my claim and issued him a public reprimand. More recently he has issued rulings that show an intentional misinterpretation of a state law I passed last session stating that safety of the community is the number one consideration when setting bail. Judge Anderson has stated in open court a misrepresentation of this law. Consequently, I have filed another complaint with the Board of Judicial Conduct and I am currently awaiting a decision from the board. Why is this important? By statute if a judge is issued two reprimands in a single eight year term, then he is automatically referred to the General Assembly for action. If and when he receives his second reprimand and is referred to the General Assembly, I will move to establish a select committee to review his complaint. This committee will ultimately make a recommendation to the General Assembly to remove or not to remove Judge Anderson from office. This is the process which has been established to remove Judges pursuant to the Tennessee State Constitution, Article VI, Section 6. It is important to note that my efforts to Make Memphis Matter and refocus officials in our criminal justice system on following state law as it is written is not political nor partisan. My efforts to hold our DA accountable are well documented. Our DA is a Democrat. Judge Bill Anderson has a Republican voting record and was endorsed by the local Republican Party. This isn’t about politics. It’s about saving our community. It’s about ending the chaos. It’s about creating a safe environment for every family in Shelby County no matter where they live in the county. Shelby County gave me my family and allowed me to start and grow a successful small business. I’ve sold that business and have nothing to lose. The people of Memphis and Shelby County elected me based on my trusted conservative leadership in our community. I’ll take the slings and arrows from Restorative Justice Schemers if it means an end to their failed progressive attempts to redefine justice that is at odds with laws written by the General Assembly. Justice demands it.

JOHNSON DIDN’T ANSWER HIS MAMA’S CALL: He didn’t answer the call because prosecutors say the call to Johnson came while the murder of Young Dolph was happening. Prosecutors say he did have time to place a call to Yo Gotti’s brother Big Jook.

PHONE GRID OF CORNELIUS SMITH’s PHONE: This right here shows Justin “Straight Drop” Johnson called Cornelius “The $800 Man” Smith twice within 20 minutes before the murder of Young Dolph. Both of the calls went to voicemail.

This map shows Justin Johnson’s phone being pinged from a tower at least seven minutes from the murder scene of Young Dolph. The map shows a six second voice call from his phone made at least five minutes before the shooting death of Young Dolph.

Garner begins to connect the dots with Johnson’s phone calls and the different times he left crosstown concourse to get white Mercedes Benz used in the murder and when he returned to crosstown concourse.

Garner was asked to analyze the phones of Justin Johnson and Cornelius Smith and retrieve information from November 17th on the phones. Garner shows map grid of where calls were made the day of November 17 2021. Both cell phones pinged off several towers.
